subclone 6-His-Rab8a from plasmid DU51049 and insert into pNHD2 vector (using identical MCS as has been done for Rabs by Chin lab) and in addition subclone GroEL and GroES from plasmid DU51048 and insert into pNHD2 vector (in the same region as has been done by Chin lab). I have emailed you separately with info on Chin construct so that you know sites of insertion into pNHD2
